Authorized Dealer Warranty Procedures

Nemo Power Tools commits to supplying new or refurbished tools as quick replacements for failed tools under warranty, according to the following conditions:

1 - In Person Replacement of Tool(s)

When a customer shows up in a physical store or meets a dealer's representative "in person" and presents a tool that malfunctions for any reason within 1 year of purchase:

  • The dealer should obtain the faulty tool and replace it with a new or refurbished "tool only" (without the battery and other kit components). If available, the replacement should be provided on the spot with a no waiting period.

  • If a replacement tool is not available, the dealer will submit the warranty claim and obtain the customer's shipping address. A unit will then be shipped immediately from the nearest service center.

  • The faulty tool taken from the client should later be sent to a service center within the next 30 days. Shipping both ways will be paid for by Nemo Power Tools.

*Extended Warranty: If the tool's serial number was registered in the system prior to the event, the warranty is extended to 1.5 years from the date of purchase.

2 - Replacements of Tools Under Warranty - Not In Person

When a customer calls or emails a dealer, distributor or warranty center, the dealer should explain that the fastest service will be provided by submitting a warranty claim within the provided URL. (GRABO.com/REG).

Once the customer (or the dealer on their behalf) submits a warranty claim through the website, a technician may call or email the customer to ask for further or missing information.

If all information is provided, including a video showing the faulty unit - a free replacement unit will be shipped immediately and a prepaid return label will be emailed to the customer.

The customer will be asked to use the prepaid return label to ship the faulty unit back to the nearest service center, but the new unit is sent in parallel to avoid the waiting period caused by shipping.

The required information includes: serial number, purchase date, description of what happened to the tool and a video to confirm that the tool is in-fact faulty.

If the information is not complete, or it isn't possible to determine that the tool is in fact faulty - the customer will be provided with a shipping label to ship the tool to the service center where the tool will be examined.

*Extended Warranty: If the tool's serial number was registered in the system prior to the event, the warranty is extended to 1.5 years from the date of purchase.

3 - Repair and Service of Tools Not Under Warranty

When a tool is outside of the warranty period, it is to be returned to a dealer, or directly to a service center. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  • If it is determined that the failure was caused by faulty production and not normal wear or user error, the tool will be repaired and shipped back to the customer.

  • If it is determined that the failure is caused by normal wear or user error, the customer will be provided with a price quote for the repair, or a trade-in option.

*Note: Failure of a tool due to a manufacturing error or faulty materials, is covered by the manufacturer and will be repaired free of charge up to 7 years after the date of purchase. However, shipping costs are not covered outside the warranty period.

4 - Void Warranty

Tools that were purchased from an unauthorized dealer, such as illegal "parallel importers", second hand tools, tools previously used by rental shops, tools made specifically for other countries or territories or tools determined to be a counterfeits are not covered by any warranty.

Customers may still ship the units to service centers and will be provided with a price quote for repair work or a trade-in option as determined by the service center.

5- Shortened / Limited Warranty

Tools which were purchased on Amazon, Alibaba, Aliexpress or any other "online platform", other than an official website of an authorized dealer, are covered by a shortened 3 month limited warranty.

Customers may still ship the unit(s) to a service center and will be provided with a price quote for repair work or a trade-in option as determined by the service center.
